How much does it cost ?

Tautology LLC works on a contingency basis. We don't get paid unless you get paid. We work diligently to close every case with positive outcomes. Even though our ultimate goal is always positive results on occasion their is a rare chance results are not as we hoped or expected.

Not to mention each case is different and requires its own research, documents and other verifications processes being from different accounts requiring different information and having different process and legal guidelines.

How do I find and collect my checks /or assest's ?

We do it for you because finding these assets and the recovery process can be lengthy and cumbersome. Also can be confusing to the average person. Not to mention each claim has different processes, legal requirements and/ or different document styles including different laws in each situation varying for each person, city, county, state and federal account can be overwhelming.

How long does it take to get my check's /or assets's?

On average most files are completed with in 6-12 weeks it can depends on several things like... type , location, if a estate is involved or a divorce or new marriage, even size of assignments and Covid 19 but could be shorter or even longer depending on number of assets and individuals or account involved in each claim process Tautology agrees to take on.

Why haven't I been notified before now ?

The different agencies that hold this money assume you are aware of these accounts and will wait for you to request it be returned to you. A few agencies will make a attempt to contact you but don't always have correct contact information. They do not have a system in place to update your contact information and for various reasons if your contact information is correct it can get lost in the mail or you may have thought of it as junk mail and tossed it in the trash.

Why did the people that have it not send it to me before now?

These different government and financial agencies that are at last check holding over $ 39 billion in deposits for individual, families, estates, businesses, and companies do not have systems to automatically find the owners and verify the correct contact information or identities of the account owners as this can change over time.

Will I need to pay upfront?

No. Most claims are paid from the account by the account holders process in refunding the money. Tautology does not take payments up front. Payment is due only when we are successful in collecting your money. In the rare occasion we are not successful, you owe nothing.
