  Tautology LLC works on a contingency basis—we don’t get paid unless you do. We work diligently to close every case with a positive outcome. While our goal is always success, there are rare occasions when results may differ due to factors beyond our control.

Each case is unique and requires its own research, documentation, and verification. Different accounts follow different legal guidelines and processes, which we navigate on your behalf.

  We handle the entire process for you. Locating and recovering assets can be complex, time-consuming, and confusing. Each claim may involve different legal requirements, document formats, and jurisdictional rules—varying by city, county, state, or federal agency. We simplify it all so you don’t have to.

  Most cases are completed within 6 to 12 weeks, though timelines can vary based on factors like:

• Type      and location of the asset
• Involvement      of estates, divorces, or name changes
• Size      and complexity of the claim
• External      delays (e.g., COVID-19-related processing)

Some cases may resolve faster, while others may take longer depending on the number of assets and parties involved.

  Agencies holding these funds often assume you’re aware of the account and will initiate the claim yourself. While some may attempt contact, they rarely have updated or accurate information. Notices can get lost in the mail or mistaken for junk and discarded. Unfortunately, most agencies lack systems to proactively update or verify your contact details.

Government and financial institutions currently hold over $45 billion in unclaimed deposits. These agencies do not have systems in place to automatically locate account owners or verify identities, which often change over time. Without proper outreach or updated records, these funds remain untouched.

💳 Will I need to pay upfront?

No. Tautology LLC does not require any upfront payment. Reason being  we work on a contingency basis—we don’t get paid unless you do. Most claims are paid directly from the account through the agency’s refund process. If we’re not successful in recovering your funds, you owe nothing.

*Note there is one program we run into on occasion that its more beneficial   for individuals to pay upfront but we focus  on the accounts that don't require a upfront fee.
