Kathy Jackson

Founder of Tautology LLC, Kathy Jackson brings over four decades of hands-on experience in asset recovery, Licensed Real Estate agent and Instructor by the state of Texas, Kathy was as a member of the Texas Supreme Court Licensed process server, a legislative advocate and community service. Her mission is simple: help individuals and companies reclaim what’s rightfully theirs—whether it’s forgotten checks, unclaimed funds, or undervalued assets.

        With 10 years of experience across three companies, Kathy managed  delinquent real estate portfolios for 43 mortgage firms such as Bank of America, Country Wide Mtg, ,Colonial Mtg,,Chase Bank and others—where she first uncovered the existence of over $37 billion in forgotten assets never to be claimed just sitting and collect intrest for the holders.
  • Certified  Probate & Asset Recovery Specialist
        Kathy shifted her focus from institutional recovery to helping individuals with  the daunting task of real estate in estates and to recover lost assests plus small businesses reclaim unclaimed funds—choosing people over big banks.
  • Rule  of 72 Legislation Advocate
        After getting her real estate license Kathy discovering predatory loan structures while selling her father’s  dairy, Kathy partnered with Congressman Jim Wright to pass legislation  protecting consumers from deceptive financing practices.
  • U.S. Presidential Committee Service
        Served over five years on the Gulf War Illness Committees under Presidents Clinton and Bush, contributing to three healthcare bills signed into law to support veterans and their families including her sister and brother in law after he served in the Navy fighting in the Gulf War.

        Worked with her sister and the Texas Legislature to ensure 100% disabled  veterans and their spouses received full property tax exemptions—Then to come back the next legislative session for the sole purpose of correcting an oversight in the original bill

When Kathy uncovered this she went to local tv news station: where they confirmed Kathy was correct in her thinking, with 4 different Judge advocate Generals at a local Joint Reserve base.

  Kathy Jackson’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in compassion, advocacy, and action. Her leadership spans education, legislation, volunteerism, and nonprofit development—always with a focus on empowering others and creating lasting impact.

  • Volunteer  Director, Riding Unlimited (12+ Years)
        Kathy dedicated over a decade to Riding Unlimited, a therapeutic riding program supporting individuals with physical and mental challenges.
    • Volunteeredfor 3–5 classes weekly, coordinating schedules for participants andvolunteers.
    • Recruited volunteers from surrounding communities, high schools, colleges, Big Brothers Big Sisters, church groups, and Scouts.
    • Organized American Sign Language training for volunteers to better serve participants.
    • Introduced Riding Unlimited to a fundraising initiative that enabled the purchase of a permanent facility—after identifying environmental concerns from nearby airport and freeway construction.
    • Collaborated with the Agricultural Learning Foundation board to secure a safer, quieter location for horses and riders.

        In response to growing challenges to civil liberties, Kathy became a      Certified Human Rights Consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.

    • Golf  Opportunity Learning Foundation – Funded youth golf programs including First Tee and PGA Colonial initiatives, and supported school  teams and local toy drives.
