The founding goal of Tautology LLC ...
To ensure the quick and safe delivery of
unknown assets to
individuals, estates, companies and businesses.
Tautology LLC
audits government and financial accounts to identify funds sitting idol that need to be properly released and delivered in a judicial and/or systematic cost-effective approach to individuals, estates, companies and businesses.
Once we identify these funds we find out if the funds are still on deposit , if there is a claim in process, or if funds have never been applied for and monitor its process to get these funds released.
Tautology LLC then identifies who the owner is locates them
to explain how we can possibly get their funds released
to them in 2 to 4 months depending on type of funds
and type of account they are deposited in.
Tautology LLC does the same for funds that have
not ever been applied for.

Kathy knew her goal and set out to find a name with the true sense of purpose and vision so hence the name Tautology LLC .
Being passionate about helping both individuals, estates, companies and businesses with the recovery, claiming and distribution of these assets from both private and government accounts.

She was listening to a business talk show when a gentlemen used the word tautology in a sentence. Understanding the intent of the comment she Googled the sentence not sure of the proper spelling for tautology and found that she was correct in her thinking of the purpose for the word. And sure enough TAUTOLOGY was perfect.

Kathy was looking for a way to help people in need after years of working in real estate for the general public, the county, state and federal programs including helping children and veterans with different needs over the years.
Tautology LLC soon became a reality defining Kathy's vision of helping ordinary citizens, their families, companies and businesses - large and small retrieve these forgotten and lost assets that belong to them.
She sought out ways to do this after l0 years of learning of
the existence of the forgotten and lost accounts while working as a realtor of 22 years .
During those 10 years of working for 3 different companies servicing 43 different U.S. mortgage companies processing delinquencies, bankruptcies and foreclosures , Kathy discovered over $37 Billion Dollars sitting idol and in limbo with most never to be returned to its rightful owners. So she decided to go to work and find what the problem was and a solution for fixing the problem. What Kathy discovered is the problem was due to lack of oversight and proper systems in place to achieve the just and righteous results of this tragic oversight.
WHY RETURN LOST OR FORGOTTEN ASSETS, what is the to do about this ?
Kathy discovered millions of dollars are waisted every day due to this lack of proper systems and oversight .
Assets that can make a difference in everyday people and families life's, possibly be the differences in a business and companies daily operation, help in hard times, the success in managing a business and the difference in keeping the doors open or in closing them.

Tautology LLC and its associates does not sale, post or share clients information with any third parties except notaries, the government or financial account holders requesting applications for release of lost or forgotten funds . When possible any and all redactable information that can be redacted will be completed as possible. After 1 tax calendar year all paper documents in the possession of Tautology LLC are shredded. After 3 tax years all documents are deleted. Until such time they are kept in a safe obscure location.
